These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collable mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Advent ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Collable application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Collable is a personal creative journaling application that allows users to:

• Create and organize photo albums with creative layouts
• Write personal journal entries and notes
• Set smart reminders for important events
• Design custom cards and creative content
• Store and sync personal content across devices

User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). However:

• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it

Collable offers both free and premium subscription features:

Free Features

• Basic album creation and photo organization
• Limited journal entries
• Basic reminders functionality

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited albums and journal entries
• Advanced editing tools and templates
• Cloud backup and sync across devices
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings
• Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• All data will be completely secure or backed up
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
